Beautiful watercolor attributed to well known American artist Howard Russell Butler (1856-1934). The painting is in excellent condition framed under glass. The painting is unsigned, however on the back there is an authentication signed by his son Howard Russell Butler Jr. Image size 9 5/8"W x 6.50"H. Overall measurement 15 3/8"W x 12.5"H.
