This is acrylic oil on canvas a Woodland Spiritual Style presentation of my idea of a view in the spirit world looking out to this reality we live in. In that view as represented by the structured pine tree in the back ground covered by that misty barrier separating both realities. My depiction of two Grandmothers (Angels in Our Belief) using their medicine to try and heal a dying tree of life. The tree of life being a birch tree and upon which I painted faces as a metaphor denoting that. The tree itself is fast loosing it's leaves because it is dying. This is my representation of what we have in the past done, what we continue to do today and the change in the ways that we live that are slow in coming, to our existence on mother Earth.
